Yes, all our staff have current Criminal Records and Working With Children Checks. We complete Criminal Records Checks on all staff every 12 months.

We charge a minimum of 1.5 hours. We provide a no obligation quote before commencing any work.
We allocate an appropriate Team member to the job and endeavour to send the same person each visit if the client is happy. Sometimes changes can be unavoidable as people take time off or leave. However, we will communicate any changes in advance, giving customers the opportunity to cancel a service.
Yes, we guarantee our work. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, contact us immediately and we will rectify any issues. All Bond cleans are guaranteed to pass inspection for bond return. A certificate is provided as formal proof of professional deep clean, including our contact details so any issues can be handled directly with us, ensuring a completely stress-free process for the tenant.
No, currently we are not registered with the government for aged care or disability support services funding. Our organisation is independent and flexible and we have high standards of care, discretion, respect and kindness for all people. We ensure that our services exceed government quality standards.
